JEFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (Oct. 25, 2025) — A Festus man has been charged in Jefferson County with one count of second-degree child molestation, according to court documents filed Oct. 23, 2025.
Justin Noll, age 33, of Festus, was charged under Missouri Revised Statute 566.068 with a Class A misdemeanor offense of child molestation in the second degree. The charge is punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016 of Missouri law.
According to the criminal information filed in Jefferson County Circuit Court, prosecutors allege that between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30, 2013, Noll subjected a female victim under the age of 17 to sexual contact by the victim waking up to Noll touching her privates with his hand up her shorts while she slept on a couch at a friend’s birthday sleepover.
Court documents state that the victim, who was 14 years of age at the time while Noll was 19.
The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
