On July 3, 2025 at approximately 9:00 am in St. Joe State Park, there was an ATV crash reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). A 45-year-old male from Richland, MO reportedly was driving his 1995 Yamaha Banshee around in the ATV section of the park when he lost control of his ATV and overturned it. The male driver was transported by the St. Francois County Ambulance to the Parkland Health Center in Farmington with moderate injuries.
