Festus, MO – Police responded to multiple reports of a large group of juveniles meeting near Valley Drive in Festus. On August 13, 2025 at approximately 7:15 pm, Festus Police Department received calls from neighbors that the group started fist fighting. One of the callers even reported a gun was being brandished by one of the male suspects.

When Police arrived on scene, the group was disbanded and witnesses were interviewed. One of the victims of the fist fight was interviewed by police but declined pressing charges. Four vehicles were investigated in connection to the fight, three vehicles registered in Missouri and one registered in Texas. After completing their investigation, police did not arrest anyone due to no one involved wanting to press charges.
